My ear has been gurgling for a few days. Making internal sounds that sound like choking and feel like muscle spasms. The choking I get, the Eustachian tubes being cock-blocked, or blocked in any case. The spasms confuse me. There are no muscles. Can tubes quiver? There’s no pain (yet) just an itch that would require utter destruction to scratch.
Given enough time, though, destruction always becomes preferable.

There is vibration in them thar ear canals, so I hear. Sound waves are waving to you my dear. Speaking of ears and sounds, have you ever had that reedy high pitched squeal that reaches a crescendo just as you are nearly deaf, only to have it dissipate and vanish entirely? Someone told me that was nerve damage from too many heavy metal concerts. Someone else told me it was a physical response to the dead trying to contact you. I think it’s a dead rock star tuning his guitar and the metal fillings in my back teeth picking up on the feedback.

I sometimes have the high-pitched noise in my ears but I don’t go to many concerts. I have thusfar held the believe that the tone was a result of fluid in the ears and/or permanent damage related to being prone to ear infections (I have the Estachian tubes of a child, you see). I like the frequency of the dead idea, but I can’t imagine what the spirits are trying to convey aside from annoying me/causing me pain. I think ghosts should really take an assertiveness class so that they can be more direct about what their needs and wants are.
